Keeping up the good work
July 28th, 2010, by Anneka

We have recently produced ‘A BID for Renewal’ for Team London Bridge, the Business Improvement District working in the London Bridge area. As Team London Bridge are approaching re-election after a five year term, our brief was to showcase the improvements they have made to the area as well as outline their plans for the future.

Photographer, David Oxberry was commissioned to document the major projects funded by the BID as well as highlight the people behind them. We also worked with illustrator Sarah Gooch to create a snapshot of the proposed Team London Bridge projects for the next five years.

‘A BID for Renewal’ was launched last week at Team London Bridge’s AGM at City Hall, where it received a rapturous welcome. Fingers crossed for another BID proposal document in five years time…
Please take a few minutes and to see for yourself, what the London Bridge community thinks of the improvements implemented by Team London Bridge in this short film.

What a shot
July 9th, 2010, by Anneka
Whilst everyone else was glued to their television sets for the England v Slovenia game, a few self-sacrificing Hudson Fugglers were baking in the heat of a photo shoot for Team London Bridge.
Five years ago, businesses within the London Bridge-Tower Bridge area voted to create a Business Improvement District and pay annual contributions towards a fund used for services, projects and events that benefit businesses and employees located in the London Bridge area. Business-led and fully independent, Team London Bridge was set up to manage the area and look after this fund and now they are seeking re-election to continue the good work for another five year term.
We are currently producing a new proposal document to explain the renewal ballot process, what has been achieved to date and their plans for the future. David Oxberry was commissioned to capture and record the key themes central to their work which include; Safe and Secure, Creating Connections, An Enhanced Street Scene, Place Promotion and Responsible Business.
It goes without saying that the photo shoot was much more successful than the England campaign!

Anyone for Afro Cuban Rumba?…
July 8th, 2010, by Bhav
We have been working with Morley College on their print collateral since 2002, and have recently just completed designing this years set of brochures.
Morley College is an adult learning institution based in Waterloo, and offers a huge selection of weird and wonderful courses from Ballroom Dancing through to Reading a Medieval Manuscript. This years theme is based on lifestyles and aims to encourage people to take up a course after work, rather than their daily mundane journey home. It is a great way to brush up on your language skills before you go on holiday, or even to create that stone gargoyle you’ve always wanted.
Yes… Morley really has something for everyone.

we won a chip!
June 10th, 2010, by Andy

We entered the Chip Shop awards again this year, after tasting vinegar last year, we have gone one better and won ourselves a Chip!
‘Wanted Psychic, Call Me’ was our triumphant entry in the category of ‘Best use of a shop window postcard space’ at the awards ceremony last night. Unfortunately we couldn’t attend, so we would like to take the time now to thank our families, friends and our pets for their support, we couldn’t have succeeded without them.

heist booty
June 8th, 2010, by Thomas

We were proud to come away from the recent Heist Awards with three winners on the night. Two Bronzes for Best Postgraduate Prospectuses with Anglia Ruskin and the University for the Creative Arts would have been a fair haul in themselves. Topping these off was a Gold for our Internal Communications Campaign “The Point”, raising awareness of green issues and reducing waste and emissions for City University London. Congratulations to all finalists, it was a great night and an honour to be recognized for our work in the sector.
